Mr. Sami Nagga, Ambassador of the Republic of Tunisia to Romania, met today, 29 January 2026, with Mr. Adrian Tuțuianu, President of Romania’s Permanent Electoral Authority, to discuss ways of strengthening Tunisian–Romanian cooperation in the electoral field.
  The meeting also reviewed the Memorandum of Understanding signed in February 2020 between Tunisia’s Independent High Authority for Elections and Romania’s Permanent Electoral Authority, with a focus on enhancing cooperation through the exchange of expertise and best practices.
